I use a person-centred approach which has proved to be effective with clients presenting a wide range of difficulties and concerns. Key to this is the foundation of effective helping - establishing a genuine, non-judgemental rapport with the client. So a space is created where you as the client feel supported, accepted, appropriately challenged and helped towards renewal. Through my professional accredited training I am able to offer my clients a range of approaches. These can be tailored according to the issues the client presents. I am guided by which approach works for them.
The number of sessions may be flexible or fixed according to the needs of the client. Sessions last for one hour. I work with both men and women of all ages.
I am experienced in helping clients with issues of:
- work-life balance
- work-based issues
